Method:blend and stir with crushed ice

50ml whisky (bourbon)
30ml lemon juice
5ml cherry juice
10ml amaretto
1 egg white

Method: shake strain and serve with ice
Glass: rock glass (old fashioned)
Garnish: lemon twist and maraschino cherries

Pistacchiando

Fresh pistachio muddled
Pistacchino liqueur
Vanilla infused vodka
Lime juice
Gomme syrup
Egg white

Method: muddle, double shake, double strain in coupette
followed with chocolate shot glass with vanilla or pistachio icecream

Melon Fizz

50ml Meloncino Liqueur
20ml Premium Gin
25ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon/Lime Juice
15ml Egg white
10ml simple syrup
Top up Soda

Method: shake very hard, strain and top up soda

Glass: brandy balloon

Garnish: slice of melon
