How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply add products to your shopping cart and follow the checkout procedure. If you are having technical issues, then please call us and we'll take your order over the phone.
Is delivery free?
There is a one off delivery charge of £5.99 for delivery within mainland England and Wales. For other destinations please contact us.
Can I order by telephone?
We don't take credit card orders over the telephone at present but if you are having any problems with the online shop please contact us by using the Contact Us page.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
You can cancel your order only before it has been dispatched.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.
POSTAGE & DELIVERY
Where is my order?
Please allow for 2-4 working days to receive your order within the UK. To further assist you, please check the tracking status of your parcel. If you still need help then please contact us.
Who will deliver my order?
We normally use UKMail to deliver our orders.
How will my order be packed?
Our products are packed well and we very rarely experience breakages. Of course using courier services is not fail proof so if a product does arrive damaged please take a photo and contact us as soon as possible and certainly within 7 days. The bottles leave our warehouse in perfect condition but we are also relying on our courier company to do their job properly. Accidents can happen so please be understanding if you are the unlucky one!
Do you deliver on a Saturday?
Currently we are unable to provide Saturday delivery.
How much does postage and packaging cost?
Postage and packing costs £5.99 (subject as above) and spending over £50 makes delivery free.
Can you deliver to a different address from the billing address?
Yes we can and this option is available to you when you check out.
Can I collect my order?
We are sorry but there is no collection service as we are an online shop
Can I return a product that I ordered?
We hope you don't want to return any of our delicious products -why would you?! But if you do please look at our Returns Policy.
